I&#039;ll be making a 2 hour stop over to Atlanta on August 2nd on my way to Venice from San Francisco..wish I had the time to try your new place out..
would it be possible to have a pizza delivered by cab to the airport?
lol..I sure do wish so..
I&#039;ve been experimenting a lot lately with my 2 stone and pizza oven using different dough techniques..

              Im looking to do the same. I love pizza, and want to open my own coal brick oven pizzeria. Im doing all my homework, and my mom who was born in italy, is teaching me all about the dough, but I still can not master that grimaldis (patsys) taste. Can you please help me. Does he or you use 00 flour? Do you mix your flour. We are doing the sourdough starter also. Thanks Buddy
