Fuego Mundo has embraced the Internet even before their grand opening today, inviting guests to tastings on twitter, blogging, setting up camp on facebook, and popping up on YouTube. They’re bringing a South American spin on the ever-growing fast casual space with an affordable menu and organic wine list.
