A wine list with just one or two wines? It’s just unacceptable, however for the most part it’s acceptable when it comes to coffee. ParkGrounds menu can be a bit intimidating for a newcomer with typically more than four coffees available to choose from various regions in the coffee word.
This doesn’t need to be the case, as tasting notes on the board and the baristas are happy to help. This particular morning I chose their Gayo from Sumatra. Deep with some chocolatey notes.
Coffee is freshly ground, and prepared personally via their Pour-Over method as demonstrated by Lopez above. The whole process takes a little bit longer than grabbing a cup & heading out of there in two minutes, but it’s well worth the wait. If you’re not in the vicinity, Details has a great article on prepping your own brew at home.

Have you tried their other methods? Aside: whenever I see pourover I always want to call it combover. heh.
