Pie 950 Pizza Tavern

Ahh, the pizza wars. Swapping chefs, the perfect recipe, NY vs Italian style, our latest obsession for pizza has been documented locally and nationally in recent months. The folks from Prickly Pear Taqueria (another trend…) recently turned the other half of their space at Plaza Midtown into Pie 950 Pizza Tavern.

The space has a fun neighborhood vibe, and soccer (I’m sorry, “football”) fans will enjoy the screens displaying games around the restaurant. I took a few shots a few days after they opened last week. I’m all about the photos, so I’ll leave the reviews on this one to yelp. Buon Appetito!
