i can drink pinot noir all day long, but the first wine i absolutely fell in love with was a meritage. i have been a red wine girl ever since.

One of our favorite varietals is Gewurtz! Especially, a dry Gewurtz which is not common over here in the states. It is so refreshing and dynamic with medium spicy foods. A sheer joy.

I don’t usually meet a wine that I don’t like! But, if I HAD TO make a choice, I like a nice peppery Syrah in the cooler months and a pinot grigio when it gets warmer!

I LOVE toast! I’m so excited to move here and find others with the same affinity celebrating Toast of the Town! Fantastic! Of those available, my favorite varietal is five grain sour dough, thin sliced. ….and it looks like there will be lots of wine to go with the toast. I’d like to find some nice southern Rhone Wines (Viognier grapes) to go with the toast. Thanks!

Well, it depends on my mood, what food I am enjoying and the season. But, you can never go wrong with a sexy Pinot Noir:)
