I love fried chicken, whether it’s the from the cast iron at home, from the drive through at Popeye’s, to the gussied up version at Cardamom Hill. Chef Ron Eyester of Rosebud thought that it was deserving of a festival, and last year’s version apparently was a hit, and they’re doing it again. I missed out last year, so I’m definitely looking forward to this year’s edition.
The event is tomorrow afternoon from 2-5pm next to Rosebud restaurant and tickets can be purchased online for $35 which includes fried chicken tastings and a beer or cocktail
