P’Cheen arrived on the scene years before gastropub became a buzzword in Atlanta. Despite being located at the base of an apartment complex on Highland Ave., its got a cool vibe and uses its space well. The official name is P’Cheen International Bistro & Pub (breathe!) and the menu is literally all over the map....
